Former Civil servant of His Majesty's Government of Nepal, he switched over to the Tourism field in late 70's. Fascinated by nature from his very childhood he has trekked extensively in Nepal covering almost all the popular destinations along with few virgin destinations, where foreign tourists have never reached so far. He has also trekked in Tibet and in India. He has traveled abroad to participate in the different tourism conferences and conventions in countries like China, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand and Srilanka. He has successfully carried out the responsibility for four times as a President of Trekking Agents Association of Nepal. He was the member in National Tourism  Council of  Nepal and  Board of  Director in  National  Academy for  Tourism and Hotel Management (the then Hotel Management and Training Center). He has been sharing with the government of Nepal in maneuvering tourism policy. His unforgettable job was to convince the Chinese and Tibetan Authority in promoting the mountain tourism between Tibet and Nepal when he was in Lhasa in 1985 as one of the delegate to negotiate the tourism promotion issue. At present, he is the Advisory Council in different tourism related Associations like Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN), Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA).

Som Bikram Singh born and educated in Nepal has been involved in the Tourism field whenever he got his free time since his student life. He has received the certificate of Trekking guide course from the Institute Nepal Academy for Tourism and Hotel Management. He has not only trekked to the remote trekking area like Dolpo but has also led the trekking group to that area. He was also the sirdar (Field Supervisor) of the successful 4-Matterhorner Zermatt Ammadablam expeditions in 1993.
At present, he is in Switzerland and has recently completed Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from Swiss Hotel Management school in Montreaux and has a good command in German Language. During the period he is very much enthusiastic to promote the tourism in Nepal and currently he's working as a marketting representative of Adventure Activities Ptv. Ltd for Europe.

Rabi Chand General Manager of the Company has the vast experience of tourism business. Worked for the renowned organizations like Adventure Nepal Trekking, Rover Treks and Expeditions, Topke Treks and Expeditions and Topke Tours andTravels in the executive level. He has gathered the in-depth know how of the tourism business. He is a certificate holder of trek and tour guide course. He has led different trek and tour groups in the capacity of trek/tour leader. He looks after the operational and management aspect of Adventure Activities.

Bikash Singh an energetic young man looking after marketing aspect of the company. He is in command of programming and also is a web Programmer of Adventure Activities. He has completed post graduation and has completed the course of web programming.He had worked as a trainee instructor in National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) and Web Developer in the IT Company called ITNepal. Not the least, he has led various tour groups inside and outside Kathmandu as a tour leader. At present he is looking after the marketting aspect covering the countries USA, Canada and latin America.
